Refund policy

Redline Flow – Return Policy Last Updated: JULY, 22, 2025

At Redline Flow, we design high-performance exhaust systems for off-road and track use. Because many of our products are custom-built, made-to-order, or include electronic components, we have a strict and clearly defined return policy.


Non-Returnable Items

Redline Flow will not accept returns for the following:

  • Electrical parts (e.g., valve controllers)
  • Installed or used universal valved mufflers
  • Special-order or custom exhaust systems
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Products returned damaged or incomplete
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
  • Returns submitted after 30 days from delivery
  • Preorder items

Returnable Items (With Conditions)

You may return:

  • Uninstalled, in-stock items (excluding special-order systems)
  • Unused universal valved muffler kits

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • 20% restocking fee applies
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of approval

Return Window & Approval Timeline

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Once approved, the return must be shipped and received within 30 days to remain eligible

 Exchanges & Partial Returns

  • To exchange, place a new order and return the original item (if eligible)
  • Partial returns of kits are not allowed — full kits must be returned intact

Fitment Issues & Installed Products

  • If a product does not fit as expected, email team.redlineflow@gmail.com with at least 10 clear photos and a video for review
  • Do not install, cut, or modify the product before we approve your return — doing so voids eligibility
  • Once installed or heat-cycled, the product is considered used and is not returnable or exchangeable

 Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of both the packaging and the damaged item
  • We will initiate a shipping claim with the carrier; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • If your package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Redline Flow is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of placing an order may be allowed — subject to a 20% raw materials fee
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started or once they have shipped
  •  Chargebacks
  • Customers must return the product before initiating a chargeback
  • Redline Flow reserves the right to dispute any chargeback if goods were not returned or if the policy was violated
