1. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to North America (Canada & USA) and select international destinations.
- Extra customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are made-to-order from manufacturing partners.
- Typical processing takes 5–20 business days from order confirmation.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer standard international shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered after order processing is complete. - Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on carrier, service, weight, and destination.
- Orders over CAD 500 / USD 400 qualify for free standard shipping within North America.
5. Split Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items with different availability, they may ship separately.
- You’ll receive separate tracking numbers and notifications for each package.
6. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes.
- These are not included in checkout prices.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
8. Shipping Damage or Loss
- Please inspect your shipment upon receipt.
- Report any loss or visible damage within 7 days.
- Provide photos of the packaging and contents.
- We’ll file a claim with the carrier and guide you on next steps.
9. Delivery Issues
- Once tracking shows “Delivered,” Redline Flow is not responsible for theft or loss.
- For missing or stolen packages post-delivery, contact your local carrier.
10. Address Errors
- Ensure your address is correct at checkout.
- We cannot change addresses after processing begins.
- Incorrect addresses that result in failed delivery are not eligible for refund.
- Reshipment is available once:
- The correct address has been confirmed, and
- The reshipping cost has been paid by the customer.
